Terms of Use

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms are written for Nuvara's current public site: education programs, cyber learning demos, consulting intake, research/proof pages, media, governance, public memory, and infrastructure concept pages.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern use of Nuvara Technologies & Consulting's website, public pages, demo pages, consultation request forms, educational program pages, research/proof pages, media pages, and related public services.

By using the site, submitting a request, viewing demo material, or using any public Nuvara page, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Nuvara Is

Nuvara is a human-led AI systems, consulting, education, research, media, and governance company.

Nuvara is not a law firm, medical provider, financial advisor, accredited school unless a future written agreement says otherwise, or a replacement for parent, teacher, school, employer, legal, medical, or professional judgment.

3. Education Programs

AI² School and the Cyber Learning Program are learning-support and training pathways. They are not presented as accredited schools, official enrollment replacements, guaranteed credentialing programs, or guaranteed job-placement programs unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for homeschool and legal education duties. Schools and partners remain responsible for compliance, student records, curriculum approval, supervision, and implementation decisions.

Students must use Nuvara learning tools responsibly. AI support can make mistakes and must be reviewed by humans.

4. Minors, Students, and Permission

General Nuvara website use is intended for adults. Minors may use student-facing learning features only with parent, guardian, school, or authorized program supervision. Nuvara does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through approved parent, guardian, school, or program-authorized flows.

Nuvara does not provide public child profiles, student social feeds, student direct messaging, sale of child data, or behavioral ad targeting for children.

Parent or guardian deletion and export requests should go through the official request/contact path.

5. Cyber and Lab Use Rules

Cyber Learning Program labs are for lawful learning only. Do not use Nuvara materials to scan, attack, disrupt, impersonate, steal credentials, deploy malware, access unauthorized systems, or test against real systems without permission.

Labs must stay inside authorized environments. Misuse can lead to access restriction and reporting where required.

6. Demo, Prototype, and Sample Data

Demo dashboards, sample lessons, sample labs, certificate previews, proof cards, charts, and prototype pages may use mock/demo/sample data. Demo content is not third-party validation, audited performance proof, official certification, or guaranteed outcome.

7. Research, Data, Charts, and Public Memory

Research pages are informational. They may include source-backed public data, internal estimates, concept models, founder-reported observations, and demo/sample data. Labels should be used where possible.

Public memory and doctrine pages are public-safe only. Private memories, raw notes, student data, client files, and internal IP are not public archive material.

Nuvara may correct, update, remove, or relabel research, proof, and public memory content as sources improve.

8. Consulting and Professional Limits

Consulting packets, strategy notes, research notes, and AI-supported outputs are decision-support materials.

Nuvara does not provide legal, medical, tax, financial, engineering, construction, environmental, cybersecurity compliance, or education-law advice unless separately agreed with qualified professionals.

The client or user remains responsible for final decisions, permits, compliance, implementation, and professional review.

9. AI Limitations

AI can be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misread context. Human review is required for important decisions.

Nuvara is human-led AI, not AI autopilot. Do not rely on AI outputs for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without qualified review.

10. User Submissions, Ownership, and License to Operate

You own the original content, ideas, documents, and materials you submit, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. By submitting content through the site or services, you give Nuvara permission to use it only as needed to respond, provide services, prepare requested materials, operate the platform, improve workflows, or comply with legal obligations.

Do not submit content you do not have rights to use. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless authorized.

Nuvara does not claim ownership over client materials. Nuvara retains ownership of its own templates, systems, frameworks, software, designs, prompts, processes, public site content, and proprietary methods unless transferred by written agreement.

11. Licensed Partner Branding

The Cyber Learning Program may be licensed or adapted for partner organizations. A partner may receive permission to use local branding, naming, or portal language only under a written license or implementation agreement. Public page language alone does not grant a license.

12. Payments, Refunds, and Paid Work

Prices, packages, and availability may change. Paid consulting or program access requires checkout, invoice, written scope, or agreement.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the specific written offer, invoice, checkout terms, or service agreement.

13. Public Content, Media, and Music

Nuvara Media, Music / B-ROCK, commentary, videos, posts, creative content, and site copy are protected content.

Do not copy, resell, scrape, falsely represent, or reuse Nuvara content without permission. Sharing public links is allowed unless restricted.

Public commentary is informational, opinion, research, or media content. It is not professional advice.

14. Acceptable Use

Do not use Nuvara for harassment, scams, impersonation, unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, scraping, spam, abuse of forms, attempts to bypass security, or misuse of student, demo, or cyber systems.

15. Third-Party Tools and Links

The site may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, forms, payment processors, email tools, AI tools, and external resources. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply.

Nuvara is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

16. No Guarantees

Nuvara does not guarantee academic outcomes, job placement, official certification, grant funding, business results, technical uptime, research acceptance, government adoption, or institutional adoption.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nuvara is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-opportunity, or implementation-related damages arising from use of the site, demo pages, public content, AI-supported outputs, or consulting materials.

18. Indemnity

You agree not to hold Nuvara responsible for misuse, unlawful submissions, third-party rights violations, unauthorized cyber activity, or decisions made outside Nuvara's written scope.

19. Changes to Site and Terms

Nuvara may update pages, demos, pricing, routes, research labels, features, and these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute-resolution language should be reviewed by counsel before being relied on for enforcement.

21. Contact

Questions, requests, parent or guardian privacy requests, and consultation inquiries should go through the official request page.
