Version 2026-09-04 · Effective September 4, 2026
Parent / Guardian Consent
An adult must have authority to create or authorize a minor learner. A child cannot self-authorize where guardian authority is required.
- The adult confirms authority before adding a real learner.
- Only information requested for the learning workflow should be entered; use first names and avoid unnecessary identifiers.
- Learning work, progress, proof, reports, and recommendations are visible only within the authorized family or program boundary.
- Marketing consent is separate and is never required for learning access.
- Guardian status and withdrawal or deletion options are available through the signed-in AI² Privacy Center.
