- Learning and readiness content does not represent certification issuance, accreditation, or guaranteed outcomes unless explicitly stated and verified.
- Commercial scope, delivery, and refund terms are established by the applicable checkout and engagement record.
- Nuvara may protect, limit, or refuse access when use threatens people, systems, privacy, or the integrity of the service.
